The Rule of 15-2 Horse Racing System

This Method has been described as “Probably the most detailed and professionally produced system you will ever come across”. This is a very profitable, but previously expensive, system by Colin Davey. This system had originally been kept from the general public, only being made available to those who attended his Seminar, which costs no less than £1,200. However, one of Colin’s partners, Tony Evans, made the system available at a cost of £447.  In his write up for this method, Tony states that not surprisingly this method involves you in backing two horses to win in the same race. Not everyone likes this, but in the right races, it can be a real Winner. Furthermore, if you have the temperament to wait for an optimum number of runners per race, you can expect A STRIKE RATE OF AT LEAST 80%, both Flat and National Hunt.  He quotes a client who purchased the system, a Mr Patel, who he states described this method as follows – “2000 – What will it bring? – I know one thing, I’ll win more money, thanks to the genius of the Rule of 15, the staking tables should be carved in Gold, so good that they are”.  The member who purchased this system for me checked it out, and when he sent it to me, he enclosed the following note. “This method is DYNAMITE. Winners come like shelling peas. The Rule of 15 will also increase the Strike Rate of any other system you use, as I am proving myself. Probably the most detailed and professionally produced system you will ever come across. If you can’t make money using the Rule of 15, then you may as well give up now. This system will have you in realms of disbelief”.  As stated, Evans was charging £447 for this method which runs to 24 pages.
