The selections and results were: The Russian Doyen (won 5/6); My Malarkey (won 11/4); Renegade Master (won 9/2); Robero (lost); Deep Intrigue (won 3/1); Potters Hedge (won 5/2); Holy Heart (won 6/4). The next day, there were 7 qualifiers again. One qualifying horse (Dandy Highwayman) won at 11/1. There were also 3 horses that ‘placed’ while 3 others lost. There have been similarly good results prior to the above dates.
